Matthew 13:3 And he told them many things in parables, saying: "A sower went out to sow.
Matthew 13:4 And as he sowed, some seeds fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured them.

Matthew 13:10 Then the disciples came and said to him, "Why do you speak to them in parables?"
Matthew 13:11 And he answered them, "To you it has been given to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.
Matthew 20:1 "For the kingdom of heaven is like a master of a house who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.
Matthew 20:2 After agreeing with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
Matthew 20:3 And going out about the third hour he saw others standing idle in the marketplace,
Matthew 20:4 and to them he said, 'You go into the vineyard too, and whatever is right I will give you.'
Matthew 20:5 So they went. Going out again about the sixth hour and the ninth hour, he did the same.
Matthew 20:6 And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing. And he said to them, 'Why do you stand here idle all day?'
Matthew 20:7 They said to him, 'Because no one has hired us.' He said to them, 'You go into the vineyard too.'
Matthew 20:8 And when evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, 'Call the laborers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last, up to the first.'
Matthew 20:9 And when those hired about the eleventh hour came, each of them received a denarius.
Matthew 20:10 Now when those hired first came, they thought they would receive more, but each of them also received a denarius.
Matthew 20:11 And on receiving it they grumbled at the master of the house,
Matthew 20:12 saying, 'These last worked only one hour, and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the day and the scorching heat.'
Matthew 20:13 But he replied to one of them, 'Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius?
Matthew 20:14 Take what belongs to you and go. I choose to give to this last worker as I give to you.
Matthew 20:15 Am I not allowed to do what I choose with what belongs to me? Or do you begrudge my generosity?'

Matthew 21:31 Which of the two did the will of his father?" They said, "The first." Jesus said to them, "Truly, I say to you, the tax collectors and the prostitutes go into the kingdom of God before you.
Matthew 21:32 For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. And even when you saw it, you did not afterward change your minds and believe him.
Matthew 21:33 "Hear another parable. There was a master of a house who planted a vineyard and put a fence around it and dug a winepress in it and built a tower and leased it to tenants, and went into another country.
Matthew 21:34 When the season for fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the tenants to get his fruit.
Matthew 21:35 And the tenants took his servants and beat one, killed another, and stoned another.
Matthew 21:36 Again he sent other servants, more than the first. And they did the same to them.
Matthew 21:37 Finally he sent his son to them, saying, 'They will respect my son.'
Matthew 21:38 But when the tenants saw the son, they said to themselves, 'This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and have his inheritance.'
Matthew 21:39 And they took him and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him.
Matthew 21:40 When therefore the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?"

Mark 12:22 And the seven left no offspring. Last of all the woman also died.
Mark 12:23 In the resurrection, when they rise again, whose wife will she be? For the seven had her as wife."
Mark 12:24 Jesus said to them, "Is this not the reason you are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God?
Mark 12:25 For when they rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.
Mark 12:26 And as for the dead being raised, have you not read in the book of Moses, in the passage about the bush, how God spoke to him, saying, 'I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'?
Mark 12:27 He is not God of the dead, but of the living. You are quite wrong."
Luke 20:27 There came to him some Sadducees, those who deny that there is a resurrection,
Luke 20:28 and they asked him a question, saying, "Teacher, Moses wrote for us that if a man's brother dies, having a wife but no children, the man must take the widow and raise up offspring for his brother.
Luke 20:29 Now there were seven brothers. The first took a wife, and died without children.
Luke 20:30 And the second
Luke 20:31 and the third took her, and likewise all seven left no children and died.
Luke 20:32 Afterward the woman also died.
Luke 20:33 In the resurrection, therefore, whose wife will the woman be? For the seven had her as wife."
Luke 20:34 And Jesus said to them, "The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage,
Luke 20:35 but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and to the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage,
Luke 20:36 for they cannot die anymore, because they are equal to angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.
Luke 20:37 But that the dead are raised, even Moses showed, in the passage about the bush, where he calls the Lord the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.
Luke 20:38 Now he is not God of the dead, but of the living, for all live to him."
Luke 20:39 Then some of the scribes answered, "Teacher, you have spoken well."
Luke 20:40 For they no longer dared to ask him any question.
the Sadducees
Matthew 3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, "You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
Matthew 16:6 Jesus said to them, "Watch and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees."
Acts 4:1 And as they were speaking to the people, the priests and the captain of the temple and the Sadducees came upon them,
Acts 5:17 But the high priest rose up, and all who were with him (that is, the party of the Sadducees), and filled with jealousy
Acts 23:6 Now when Paul perceived that one part were Sadducees and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, "Brothers, I am a Pharisee, a son of Pharisees. It is with respect to the hope and the resurrection of the dead that I am on trial."
Acts 23:7 And when he had said this, a dissension arose between the Pharisees and the Sadducees, and the assembly was divided.
Acts 23:8 For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, nor angel, nor spirit, but the Pharisees acknowledge them all.
which
1 Corinthians 15:12 Now if Christ is proclaimed as raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
1 Corinthians 15:13 But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised.
1 Corinthians 15:14 And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain.
2 Timothy 2:18 who have swerved from the truth, saying that the resurrection has already happened. They are upsetting the faith of some.
